One Wolf

One Wolf is a unisex ready-to-wear brand, created in 2012 by Latvian fashion designer Agnese Narņicka. Agnese studied fashion design at Riga School of Design and Art, and the Art Academy of Latvia; she also spent a semester in Milan, studying at Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera.

She created her first collection in 2006, while still being a student, at the same time determinedly moving towards the creation of her own brand. In 2009, a company with a unisex fashion brand name Hypnosis Fashion was created, later to be renamed One Wolf. Agnese is the fashion designer at her company, while the strategic and tactical management is carried out by a professional team, letting the company purposefully flourish and regularly attract co-funding from the ERDF for the acquisition of external markets and SCCF for brand development.

Since 2009, Agnese Narņicka has participated in numerous international and local fashion design competitions and fashion weeks, and her major achievements are the Baltic Fashion Award 2010 for the best menswear collection, Grand Prix in the menswear category at Who’s Next Blog 2011 in Paris, and participation in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week‘s showcase Baltic Fashion Catwalk in Berlin, and becoming one of the ten finalists with her collection Repair at the 29th Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography in 2014.

One Wolf is an expressively urban brand, offering unisex outfits, combining the functionality required by the city with asceticism and wit, thus creating a style which represents the designer’s thoughts about the untamed aesthetics of the modern citizen. Experimenting with constructions and silhouettes is the core value of the brand; each collection has a different story, which continues to emphasise the essence of the brand – courage to live by your own rules, because even in a pack, a wolf stays independent and retains its character.
